Welcome to the Pure Apnea Equalisation Preparation Course!
This OPTIONAL preparation course is for Pure Apnea students who have signed up for the Adventure Freediver I or Level 1 Freediver courses.
The goal of this course is to help you prepare for ear and sinus equalisation which is an essential component of freediving. By completing this course, you will identify equalisation problems before you start your Adventure Freediver I or Level 1 Freediver and give you sufficient time to resolve these problems and increase your chances of becoming a certified freediver.
If you have already attended a course and experienced problems with equalisation then this course could also help you identify and overcome those problems.
This course is fully online and requires self-study.
